Learn how to help your clients out of low back pain! This workshop gives students a thorough understanding of the anatomy and bodywork treatments for the lumbar spine. At the end of the workshop, students will understand and be able to demonstrate efficiency in evaluating and correcting dysfunctions in the lumbar spine using compression, myofascial and muscle energy techniques. This one-day class demonstrates how to work with the specific needs of pregnant women. Students will gain a deeper understanding of pregnancy anatomy, physiology, and functions during labor and birth. Embryology for Everyone

This 2-day course explores the developmental processes and changes that occur as we grow from a single fertilized cell to a human body. We will discern some of the general principles of life, growth and development, as illustrated by the embryo, that we can then apply to ourselves and in our interactions and treatments with clients.

Since this is part of a bodywork training, we will focus much of our attention and examples in the development of the fascial system; muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, joints, fascia and extracellular matrix.
