ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

This 500 hour program is open and accessible to anyone with a desire to learn, whether you already have a career in the field (massage, yoga, physical or occupational therapy, nursing, personal training, and the like) or are a complete beginner. As a student of the Ankrum Institute, you’ll learn to start from a place of balance and health. You’ll be able to recognize the interconnectedness of the systems of the body, and how to use this knowledge to help clients return to a state of equilibrium and well-being. We open enrollment twice a year with a very limited number of seats. We’d love to talk with you about starting a Functional Bodywork practice, or taking your current career to the next level.

OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES

• 14 Modules, meeting four days every other month

• Each module includes hands-on instruction in Functional Bodywork including; manual therapy, myofascial work, visceral manipulation, and comprehensive Craniosacral Training including structural and biodynamic approaches

• Each training builds upon the one before it to create a cumulative knowledge of the all the systems of the body and how they work together

• Treatment manual and videos of all lectures and demonstrations provided

• Monthly guided practice sessions

• Private Facebook group for students in your training

• 500-hour certification qualifies students to take the MBLEX test and obtain a massage license

• Continuing Education credits available (NCBTMB-Approved Provider #1801)

• Option to pay per module if not paid in full prior to the start of training

Ankrum Institute is a member of the AMTA, an NCBTMB-Approved Continuing Education Provider (#1801), and is licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools (#7693).

95% of our graduates have passed the MBLEX test on their first try, compared to a national average of only 70%.
